We had an unplanned outage on our production cluster beginning at 13:45 UTC on July 31. Our master database server ran out of disk space and prevented login to the platform for a period of just under 1 hour.
Our operations team quickly identified the problem and was able to take steps to ensure that no data loss occurred during the outage, restoring access to the platform inside the 1 hour mark.
No test data was lost during this outage.
