The ThousandEyes team will be performing platform maintenance and updating code on July 23, 2014 beginning at 01:00 UTC. This outage is expected to be completed inside 90 minutes. This maintenance window will also include migration of all hardware to a secondary power system, in order to avoid issues while our datacenter provider undergoes annual maintenance on its power system in the coming weeks.
We do not anticipate any additional impact due to the power system switch; this information is included for informational purposes only.

Users attempting to connect to the website at this time will receive a maintenance mode message, with an HTTP/200 OK response. Existing tests will continue to run as scheduled. Data will be stored locally until the agents are able to connect with the appropriate ThousandEyes agent collector, once the site is brought out of Maintenance mode.
While the platform site is down, our agents will continue collecting data as scheduled, and will synchronize their data with the main site upon initial check-in following the update.
