In order to optimize the performance of our systems, we'll be performing a third phase of rolling maintenance on our backend database systems, beginning on Thursday, June 16th at 2am UTC. This maintenance period is expected to run for approximately 4 hours. Regional timings for the rolling maintenance can be found below:
2016-06-16 0200-0600 UTC
2016-06-15 2200 EDT - 2016-06-16 0200 EDT
2016-06-15 1800-2200 PDT
Unlike our typical maintenance window, the platform will be available for the entire period. While affected by the maintenance, customers will be unable to open test results for tests which are stored on the database server being updated. API queries targeting a test on an affected database system will return a 500 error while the database is offline.
While the database maintenance is ongoing, the reporting capabilities of ThousandEyes will be disabled. Report snapshots scheduled to run during the maintenance will be sent once the maintenance period is complete and the reporting service is restarted.
Agents will continue to collect data throughout the rolling period. Our alerting systems will continue to function as expected.
