As previously announced (see April 2, 2015 release notes), we're taking a special maintenance window on April 15 beginning at 01:00 UTC, estimated to last 90 minutes. This maintenance period is needed to make some extensive network changes at our primary datacenter in order to increase our availability and resiliency to network equipment failures.
In addition to these network architecture changes, we'll be performing database maintenance and releasing some new features. Be sure to watch for release notes which cover new features - to be published once the maintenance is complete.

Please bear with us, the ThousandEyes API is currently in maintenance mode.
Existing tests will continue to run as scheduled. Data will be stored locally until the agents are able to connect with the appropriate ThousandEyes agent collector, once the site is brought out of Maintenance mode.
While the platform site is down, our agents will continue collecting data as scheduled, and will synchronize their data with the main site upon initial check-in following the update.
Our team will be available via online chat, as well as email during the maintenance. Feel free to email us to ask any pertinent questions. We'll publish release notes detailing the changes as soon as the release is completed.
