Related to our ongoing service degradation incident (documented here), we are entering emergency maintenance beginning on 2015-12-10 at 18:40 UTC. During this maintenance window, we will be failing over a database server which is causing the service degradation to its replica - This will be a rolling maintenance period, affecting only a subset of tests running on our platform.
This maintenance period is expected to last up to 2 hours and 30 minutes.
During this maintenance period, customers will be unable to open test results for tests which are stored on the database server being updated, and API queries targeting a test on an affected database system will return a 500 error while the database is offline.
While the database maintenance is ongoing, the reporting capabilities of ThousandEyes will be disabled. Report snapshots scheduled to run during the maintenance will be sent once the maintenance period is complete and the reporting service is restarted.
