(Resolved) 2015-12-10: Degraded performance

2015-12-10 16:43 UTC: We are experiencing degraded performance with the ThousandEyes collector.  Due to problems encountered during the rolling maintenance period earlier today, some customers may note slower than normal load times when accessing the ThousandEyes platform.   Our operations team is are actively monitoring the situation, and working on a solution.  

Affected components may include the following:

  • Longer than normal page load times
  • Increased response times to API queries
  • Instant tests may not complete
  • Results committed from agents may take longer to upload than normal

The processors are working through a backlog of commits, and expect to be back to normal performance no later than approximately 19:30 UTC.

We anticipate no data loss related to this degraded performance situation, and will post updates hourly until the problem is resolved.
