2016-06-23 16:03 PDT: We are experiencing degraded performance on our agent collector infrastructure.  All systems are operating, however due to the backlog created by the degraded performance, we are running behind in agent commits.  We expect the performance degradation to be resolved in the next 30 minutes or less.
