11/25/2015 02:00 UTC: We are currently experiencing an issue with the ThousandEyes collector. The collector is the component in the ThousandEyes infrastructure that communicates with Enterprise and Cloud Agents, receiving test and alert data from the Agents, and sending configuration commands back to the Agents. ThousandEyes' Operations team is investigating the issue.
When logged into a ThousandEyes account, affected users users will not be able to run Instant Tests, make configuration changes to Enterprise Agent settings via the Agent Settings page, or perform similar tasks. Enterprise Agents will be shown in the "Offline" state. Virtual Appliance Diagnostics will show an error when testing the connection to the collector. Affected users will not see data or alerts from tests, starting sometime after 02:00 UTC on November 25th. NOTE: test data is being stored locally on the Agents, awaiting reconnection to the collector to upload the data. We anticipate no or little data loss once normal operations resume.
UPDATE: As of 11/25/2015 11:00 UTC, the issue has been resolved. Data will be uploaded over the course of the next few hours.
