Latest update: CenturyLink has stated they have resolved all issues with their network. All ThousandEyes services should now be reachable.
The outage in CenturyLink's network was affecting multiple ThousandEyes services when these services were accessed via routes which travel through CenturyLink's network. The following components in ThousandEyes were affected:
1.- Cloud and Enterprise Agents: Agents could not reach ThousandEyes collector or may have packet loss in tests.
2.- Data in tests may be affected or delayed.
3.- Log-in problems, Some Web services may not loaded or reachable.
4.- BGP peering sessions may fail to initiate and fire alerts
