Our Operations team will be performing maintenance on our database infrastructure, starting on March 12th, 2019 at 22:00 UTC and concluding on March 13th at 01:00 UTC.
The maintenance will be performed on servers in a rolling sequence, and we do not anticipate any impact to customers. However, the following functions of our app could experience reduced response times:
- Assigning new tests and updates to existing tests to Agents.
- Agent check-ins
- Registration of new Agents
- Notification for offline Agents
