Cloud agents in Strasbourg, France (IPv4 and IPv6) and St. Louis, MO (IPv4 only) were temporarily unavailable. We worked with our provider to restore the service.
Affected scope
Tests assigned to cloud agents Strasbourg, France (IPv4 and IPv6) and St. Louis, MO (IPv4 only) were not being performed during the outlined period. The data from these locations wasn't being collected and submitted to ThousandEyes platform until the service was restored. All other cloud agents were not affected by this event.
