The ThousandEyes application was offline due to an issue affecting the authentication service.
The ThousandEyes platform experienced an outage due to authentication components. The login page and other pages under app.thousandeyes.com were unavailable. The ThousandEyes API was affected as well.
Cloud, Enterprise and Endpoint Agents were collecting data during the service outage, and uploaded their data to the platform once service was restored. Alerts during the period of the outage would not have been sent as a result of the platform not processing Agent data.
