2018-05-15 14:25 UTC: Recovery procedure has been completed. The cloud agent is back online.
2018-05-15 07:05 UTC: Markham, Canada cloud agent has become unavailable.

Customer Impact:

The Markham, Canada cloud agent was not providing test results during the time window outlined in the Event Timeline section. Customers will observe 'No Data' label in tests to which this cloud agent has been assigned. Since the agent has been entirely offline and has been redeployed to restore its service, test results have not been collected during event time and will therefore not be uploaded to the platform retroactively.
