2017-08-02 01:38 (UTC): Intermittent issues with the ThousandEyes data collector are causing some Enterprise Agents to be unable to report data.  These Enterprise Agents are shown with an offline status when viewed on the Enterprise Agents page in the platform. Our Operations team is currently working to address this issue.  Updates will be posted in this announcement as they become available.

Agents will continue to gather data and will commit test results to our platform once this issue has been resolved.

2017-08-02 04:17 (UTC) Update: The issue has been isolated and corrected. At this point of time no Enterprise Agent should have any problems checking in with our collector to commit test results.
