On June 20th, 2017 from 22:50 UTC to 23:10 UTC, high loads on our metadata database cluster resulted in the following temporary issues:
- Connections to app.thousandeyes.com receiving HTTP status 500 Internal Server Error
- Connections to api.thousandeyes.com receiving HTTP status 429 Too Many Requests
- Agents may have appeared offline, and test data updates were briefly delayed.
All systems are now functioning normally and all affected Enterprise Agents are reporting online. No user data was lost and data which was previously stored on Agents has now uploaded.
Our Engineering team is currently performing a root cause analysis. We will update this page as more information becomes available.
