Cloud Agent "Panama City, Panama" was temporarily unavailable due to a local network configuration issue, We worked with our hosting provider to restore the cloud agent service in that location.

Affected Scope

Tests assigned to Cloud Agent "Panama City, Panama" were not being consistently performed and the data from this location may be missing during the time window outlined in the timeline below.

No other Cloud Agents are affected.

The issue is resolved.

2018-11-29 22:10 UTC: Our Service Provider has internal network problems affecting the agent communication to the internet. 
2018-11-29 22:30 UTC: Our Service Provider fixed their network problems, Panama's agent is being tested to validate its functionality.
2018-11-29 23:50 UTC: Issue fully resolved.
