Issue Description
Some of the BGP alerts caused by our internal problem documented here are in a state where the alerts are still active despite the alert conditions clearing out.

• Oct 29, 2018 22:00:00 UTC - Problem fixed by our engineerings.

The alert originally caused by the BGP problem documented here will remain there, but the prolonged alert event should have resized to the correct timeframe.
