Issue Description
ThousandEyes platform issued several BGP reachability alerts for prefix reachability, which were caused by a problem with our BGP processor. This issue occurred at the following time:
  • Oct 29, 2018 17:45:00 UTC.
Update Timeline:
Oct 29, 2018 17:45:00 UTC: Problem Detected. Our Engineers are working to determine the root cause of the problem.
Oct 29, 2018 18:32:00 UTC: Our engineering team identified the issue and performed a rollback. Reachability from these monitors to their respective target prefixes should be restored to 100%.
