The ThousandEyes Agent collectors experienced an outage between 2018-09-26 00:20 UTC and 2018-09-26 01:30 UTC.
Customers' Enterprise Agents may have reported as offline in the application.
Updates to ThousandEyes Agent software caused the ThousandEyes collectors to crash periodically when contacted by an Agent with the updated software.
The issue has been resolved.
2018-09-26 01:30 UTC: Fix for issue deployed. Collectors are no longer crashing due to new Agent code.
2018-09-26 00:20 UTC: First updated Agents begin contacting the collectors and causing crashes.
