Cloud Agent "Helsinki, Finland - IPv6"  experienced local issues between 2018-08-20 06:10 UTC  and 2018-08-21 18:15 UTC. 

Affected Scope

The cloud agent "Helsinki, Finland - IPv6" was temporarily unavailable,  and tests were not being performed, between 2018-08-20 06:10 UTC  and 2018-08-21 11:30 UTC. 

Test Services were restored to all tests, with exception for Agent to Agent tests in which "Helsinki, Finland - IPv6" was the target,  2018-08-21 11:30 UTC. 

Test services were completely restored  2018-08-21 18:15 UTC.

No other cloud agents were affected.

Status

This issue has been resolved.
