UPDATE: As of 20:20 PDT, we have disabled the component which caused the performance degradation, and will proceed with a full patch once the patch has been fully tested. At this time we consider the issue to be resolved.
UPDATE: As of 16:00 PDT, the root cause of the issue has been identified and work on a solution is in progress. Performance degradation was generally limited to approximately .5 hour starting around 10:20 PDT.
2016-09-15 10:20 PDT: We are experiencing intermittent degraded performance on our platform front-end. Attempts to reach https://app.thousandeyes.com may time out or take longer to connect. We are actively investigating the reason for this issue.
