As of 17:45 UTC on March 22nd, 2018, the ThousandEyes platform experienced issues processing data, resulting in no information in some areas of the application, such as Path Visualization showing no information, the Reports feature being unavailable or Share Links showing "Dud link" error pages.

Our Operations team has isolated the issue and taken corrective action. The platform is now processing data, and most data should now be available. Some small number of new configurations, such as new Share Links, may not have been committed in a narrow time period, and will need to be recreated.
