2018-03-23 13:00 UTC: Brussels Cloud Agent capacity has been increased to accommodate current and upcoming test load.

2018-03-21 00:00 UTC: Due to a rapid influx of test assignments, the Brussels Cloud Agent has reached its capacity, and cannot accept more tests.

We have requested additional capacity at the affected location, however this request may take up to 2 days for our provider to complete. During this period some customers may see testing rounds complete with "No Data" for the Brussels Agent, indicating that the Agent did not produce data in those rounds for that test.
