2017-09-13 08:50 UTC : On September 13th, 2017 starting from 8:50am UTC our data collector infrastructure is experiencing intermittent issues:
- Some enterprise agents are being reported as offline and not submitting data to the platform.
- In agent log file (/var/log/te-agent.log), there might be the following entry appearing:
Error calling check_in: iqnet::ssl::throw_io_exception: Connection reset by peer
Our Operations team is currently working on a fix. Updates about the event will be provided in this KB article.
2017-09-13 11:55 UTC : the issue was resolved, all Enterprise Agents should be back online and uploading the locally cached data.
