Some Cloud Agents experienced issues submitting test data to the ThousandEyes platform from 2020-04-15 19:59 UTC to 2020-04-18 03:22 UTC. Network conditions upstream to ThousandEyes data centers from some Cloud Agents in China delayed receipt of test data by the platform.

Affected Scope

This issue was confirmed to affect Agents within the following Cloud Agent data centers:

- Beijing, China (China Unicom)
- Chengdu, China (China Mobile)
- Dalian, China (China Unicom)
- Qingdao, China (Alibaba cn-qingdao)
- Shanghai, China (China Unicom)
- Shenyang, China (China Unicom)
- Shijiazhuang, China (China Unicom)

Status

The issue is resolved.
