Issue Description

BGP data presentation was delayed from 2020-05-20 18:27 UTC to 2020-05-21 01:20 UTC

Affected scope

BGP data was not immediately available for viewing in some tests during this service degradation. BGP alerting was not affected by this service degradation. 


Status

This issue has been resolved. 


Event timeline
2020-05-21 01:20 UTC:  BGP data presentation delay returned to normal for all tests and the issue was confirmed as resolved. 

2020-05-20 23:53 UTC:  BGP data presentation delay returned to normal for most tests. Operations continued to monitor performance

2020-05-20 21:21 UTC:  A fix was applied and BGP data presentation delay began to decrease. Operations continued to monitor performance. 

2020-05-20 18:27 UTC:  Start of service degradation. ThousandEyes Engineering and Operations teams were engaged.
