Issue Description

Due to BGP Collector issues, BGP test data was slow to populate within the platform 

Affected scope

Data collected from public and private monitors was slow to populate within the platform. No data was lost.  


This issue is resolved.

Event timeline

2020-05-06 21:37 UTC Service degradation was confirmed as resolved.

2020-05-06 17:41 UTC A fix was implemented to resolve latency issues. BGP data began to populate within the platform over the next several hours. 

2020-05-06 14:50 UTC Start of service degradation. ThousandEyes Engineering and Operations teams were engaged.
