Due to a what appears to be a routing issue in AWS, Enterprise Agents hosted on AWS infrastructure may not be able to connect to ThousandEyes. This will result in agents appearing to be offline.
The issue has been resolved.

2020-07-02 18:00 UTC Approximate start of the issue. ThousandEyes Operations team was engaged and began pursuit of a fix from AWS.
