Affected scope

Chats initiated from app.thousandeyes.com and developer.thousandeyes.com may not connect. Chats currently in-progress may disconnect. Emails to support@thousandeyes.com are unaffected, so please use this workaround should your chat disconnect.

Status

Chat connection issues have been resolved. Chat can now be initiated from app.thousandeys.com and developer.thousandeyes.com and no problems should occur.
