Our Webapp and API incorrectly reported that Enterprise Agents were offline between 23:10 and 23:17 UTC on 2020-02-03. This incorrect reporting was triggered by delayed Agent status updates. We have confirmed that there was no service disruption to Agent controllers or data ingress and that Agents could successfully communicate with our platform during this time.Status
Agent infrastructure and updating is confirmed as working properly. Operations has inspected the cause of delayed Agent status updates.
