Multiple Cloud Agents in China are experiencing problems performing DNS resolution. 

Affected scope

Since this prevents the Agent from contacting the ThousandEyes controller, test results will be missing.  Upon resolution there might be errors indicating this inability to resolve FQDNs.  The following Cloud Agents in China may be affected:

  • Chongqing, China (China Mobile)
  • Changsha, China (China Mobile)
  • Chengdu, China
  • Dalian, China (China Unicom)
