(Resolved) 2019-11-18 20:32 (UTC) Service degradation affecting Saved Events and Snapshots

Last updated: Tue Nov 19 02:17:06 GMT 2019

Affected scope

Due to degraded performance of the Snapshot service, saved events and Snapshot links requested between 2019-11-18 20:32 UTC and 2019-11-18 23:35 UTC may not have been available until 2019-11-19 01:47 UTC. During this time the following was observed for some requests:
  • After a new Saved Event is created under Sharing > Saved Events, a link to the view may not be available. If the Saved Event is accessed from the Cloud & Enterprise Agents > Views > Current Test drop-down, the message 'No Data' may be seen.
  • Attempting to generate a new Snapshot link may result in 'An unexpected error has occurred' after some time. If a Snapshot link is generated the message 'Please wait, this Snapshot is still being generated...' may be observed.
