Network conditions between China Unicom and CenturyLink prevented some Cloud Agents in China from communicating with the ThousandEyes platform between 20:55 and 23:15 UTC on 2019-10-13. 

Affected scope

The following Cloud Agents in China experienced  problems communicating with the ThousandEyes platform due to a network conditions between China Unicom and CenturyLink.

The issue has been resolved. Some test rounds were not performed during this outage.
