Our Operations team will perform upgrades to Cloud Agents between October 1st and October 15th, 2019.
Cloud Agent test allocation will be re-balanced during these upgrades, causing tests to be re-assigned between Agents within the same datacenter. This re-assignment will be reflected in tests as a change in Cloud Agent IP.
Customers with ACLs that do not reflect the current list of Cloud Agent IPs may experience failed test rounds due to security settings in targeted networks.
