(Resolved) 2019-09-30 23:30 UTC Service outage affecting Cloud and Enterprise Agent changes

The ThousandEyes infrastructure to which Cloud and Enterprise Agents connect for configuration updates stopped servicing Agent connections after an upgrade.


This issue has been resolved.

Affected scope

The following activities for Cloud and Enterprise Agents were unavailable during this service outage: 

  • Editing tests
  • Creating tests
  • Applying Alert Rules to tests
  • Running Instant (Run Once) tests 
Existing tests continued to upload data to the ThousandEyes platform and existing alerts continued to be processed. Endpoint Agents were not affected.
