Our Wan Chai, Hong Kong Cloud Agent has experienced an outage.
Affected Scope:
All tests assigned to this Cloud Agent display a "Local Problems" message for the duration of the event. The data was collected but not uploaded to the ThousandEyes platform due to a network issue. During the event, this Cloud Agent was not used in calculations to determine whether to trigger Alert Rules at the time. The data (showing connectivity and other errors) was subsequently uploaded to the platform.
