Cloud Agents "Austin, TX" and "Austin, TX - IPv6" experienced an outage.

Affected Scope

The Cloud Agents "Austin, TX" and "Austin, TX - IPv6"  were temporarily unavailable between 2019-08-30 04:05 to 10:50 UTC. All tests during this period will show a "Local Problems" message.  Starting 2019-08-30 10:50 UTC tests to/from agents showed an increase in loss and latency, causing test rounds during the outage to show high response times. Depending on your test settings this may have resulted in test failure. 


This issue is Resolved.

2019-10-29 20:25 UTC: Process to switch service provider initiated.
2019-08-30 10:50 UTC: Agent service partially restored, service provider is working towards complete resolution. 
2019-08-30 04:05 UTC: Start of service degradation.
