Cloud Agents in China are currently experiencing problems when communicating over TLS. 

Affected scope

The affected Cloud Agents are experiencing problems connecting to any site using TLS (e.g. https://) connections. The effects include:
  • Errors on customer tests which use https:// URLs
  • Delays in communication between the Cloud Agents and ThousandEyes for:
    • test data uploads
    • test configuration downloads
