Due to an issue in the provider's network, tests using the Panama City, Panama Cloud Agent reported intermittent high packet loss between Aug 18 04:06 UTC and Aug 19 14:44 UTC. One member of this Agent cluster is still experiencing occasional loss of up to 10%.
