2018-01-26 15:04 UTC - Firewall issues on our datacenter were experienced which resulted in the following symptoms:

• BGP peering went down intermittently.
• DNS+ data lost from 16:45 UTC to 23:30 UTC
• Issues with Single Sign-On on organizations using dynamic configuration type.

2018-01-26 23:00 UTC - Root cause was identified and we have taken the steps to mitigate the problem. Further steps will be taken to prevent reoccurrence in conjunction with our hardware vendors.
